Remote Online Notary
Online Notary - A signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room.
Electronic Notary
eNotary - Involves documents that are notarized in electronic form, and the Notary and document signer sign with an electronic signature in person.

Notary Checklist
Be prepared to sign your documents with your mobile notary:

Have a valid, government issued photo ID with you.

Be sure to have all of the documents that need to be notarized.

Make sure all documents are complete and ready for signature.

For signature witnessing, be sure all signing parties are present at time of notarization.
